John Henry Bond, aged 63, is currently being sought by Sussex Police after he sent an alarming 170 threatening text messages and made more than 80 phone calls to his former partner within a 24-hour period. This intense harassment took place in Haywards Heath between 13 and 21 June 2018.

Bond admitted to committing serious harassment but has since failed to appear at his sentencing hearing. As a result, Sussex Police have issued a warrant for his arrest and are actively pursuing him to ensure he faces justice.

Sussex Police Crime Investigator Carolyn Adams stated, “Henry Bond bombarded his former partner with a string of threatening and abusive messages, which has caused her a great amount of distress. We believe he has committed further offences and urge anyone contacted by him to stay alert and get in touch immediately.”

Bond is believed to be hiding in Poole, Dorset, but he also has connections to East and West Sussex, as well as Ferndown, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Wimborne, Salisbury, and Ringwood. The police warn the public not to approach him if spotted and to call 999 immediately.

Anyone with information regarding John Henry Bond’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Sussex Police on 101 or report online, quoting serial number 1285 of 13/06.

Authorities emphasize the importance of vigilance to help prevent further harassment and to assist in capturing this dangerous individual before he can harm others.
