Sussex detectives are actively searching for 27-year-old Alex Evans, who is wanted in connection with a violent assault outside Cameo Nightclub on Langney Road, Eastbourne. The incident took place on 7 March, and Evans is believed to have connections to both Eastbourne and Brighton.
The manhunt has now extended to the Dundee area, as officers suspect Evans may be hiding there. Detective Constable Richard Drury stated: “We are offering a £1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Alex Evans. Anyone who has seen him or knows where he is should come forward.”
He added: “We’ve received intel suggesting he’s in Dundee, Tayside. We are working closely with Police Scotland to track him down.”
Authorities advise that if anyone spots Alex Evans, they should not approach him. Instead, they should call 999 immediately. Alternatively, tips can be shared online or by calling 101, quoting Sussex serial 177 of 07/03.
