A man has been locked up after cops smashed a County Lines drug ring in Wirral.

Medusa Team Cracks Down on Cocaine Kingpin

Officers from Project Medusa’s Merseyside County Lines squad carried out a thorough probe. They nailed 25-year-old Cameron Winstanley, who was running cocaine deals across Wirral from 18 November last year to 18 February.

Raid Yields Drugs, Cash and Graft Phone

A raid on Winstanley’s home in Pensby uncovered a stash of drugs, a graft phone, and cash. On 18 February, he was charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and conspiracy to supply cocaine.

Four Years Behind Bars for Winstanley

Winstanley pleaded guilty at a March court hearing. Yesterday (Wednesday, 9 April), Liverpool Crown Court sentenced him to four years in prison.
