Police have swooped with arrests in Bristol city centre following a serious sexual assault.
One Man in Custody After Late-Night Attack
Avon & Somerset Police confirmed one man remains in custody. He was arrested on suspicion of rape after an attack in Assembly Rooms Lane at around 3.05am on Sunday, 29 March.
Police Hunt Three Men in Connection With Attack
Detective Inspector Christian Vogler, leading the inquiry, appealed for public help to identify three men linked to the incident.
“The victim remains our main priority and we are working hard to provide her with answers and bring those responsible to justice,” Det Insp Vogler said. “We continue to support her and urge the public not to speculate online, which could harm the investigation and any future court cases.”
