Grope Scandal Hits 30,000ft
Akash faces charges of using criminal force to outrage the modesty of the stewardess by deliberately grabbing her bottom on February 9. He’s also accused of terrifying her with threatening behaviour onboard.
Flight Nightmare: Harassment on Board
Police reports reveal the stewardess was serving Akash when he made the obscene move. She told him to stop and retreated to the galley to prep for landing—but he followed her. The harassment escalated in the cramped space despite her yelling for him to back off. He only headed back to his seat after she alerted her supervisor.

Officers swooped after the plane landed, arresting Akash on the spot. He has pleaded not guilty and is due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on March 26.
