Emergency services rushed to St Margaret’s Terrace, Plumstead, after a stabbing sent shockwaves through the neighbourhood on Monday, March 16. The London Ambulance Service raised the alarm at 3:11pm.
A man in his 30s was found with stab wounds and swiftly taken to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are described as non-life-threatening and non-life-changing.
Suspect Arrested then Released
Police arrested a man in his 20s later that day on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. However, after questioning, he was released with no charges filed.

Police and London’s Air Ambulance were called by the London Ambulance Service at 15:11hrs on Monday, 16 March to attend St Margaret’s Terrace, Plumstead after reports of a stabbing. A man in his 30s was treated at the scene and taken to hospital, where he remains. His condition is non-life-threatening and non-life-changing.”
