Drunk Loate Exposed Himself Twice in Front of Families
Tumie Loate, 43, from London, has been handed a community sentence after two shocking incidents in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. On November 18, 2023, Loate was caught masturbating near the Old Crown Inn, right in front of a family with young children. Witnesses said he was “clearly drunk.”
Disturbing Public Acts Prompt Police Call
The vile behaviour didn’t end there. Moments later, a pregnant woman walking her dog spotted Loate “wobbling around” before he started masturbating again. She immediately rang the police.
Flees Scene, Caught in Tesco Car Park
After pub staff were alerted, Loate fled but was soon found lurking in a Tesco car park. His criminal record reveals six prior convictions, including four for similar exposure offences. Reports also highlight ongoing mental health issues.
