Chaos erupted in Sydenham at 2:10am today (February 26) after a man in his 50s was found knifed and in a critical condition. Police raced to Kent House Road following urgent reports of a stabbing. The victim suffered serious knife wounds and was rushed to hospital, where he remains in a life-threatening state.
Kent House Road Sealed Off for Forensics Hunt
A large stretch of Kent House Road is wrapped in police tape, blocking off the area between lamp posts and traffic lights. Inside the cordon, a blue forensic tent stands as detectives scour the scene for clues to catch the attacker.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
The Metropolitan Police confirmed: “No arrests have been made at this stage. Detectives have launched an investigation and enquiries continue.”
