Christine Marshall and Gordon Williams have been charged after a grim investigation into the death of Amanda Gretton, 57. Amanda was discovered dead in a garage on Prendergast Road, Blackheath, back on July 5, 2019.

The pair, both residing in Grace Path, Sydenham, appeared at Woolwich Crown Court on February 23. They pleaded guilty to six fraud counts. Between May 28 and July 20, 2019, they used Amanda’s bank cards to withdraw cash and buy items, including drinks.

Disturbing Burial Charges

Marshall, 56, and Williams, 52, denied charges of preventing Amanda’s lawful and decent burial between May 14 and July 5, 2019. The allegations add a dark twist to the bizarre case surrounding Amanda’s death.
