Insiders have confirmed that not a penny of public money will be used to cover Prince Andrew’s costly legal defence. Sources say if the Duke of York can’t pay his legal fees, the taxpayer definitely won’t pick up the tab.
It’s also understood that King Charles won’t be opening his wallet either. At this stage, it remains a mystery how Andrew plans to fund his mounting legal costs.
