Shock as Elderly Pedestrian Crushed Outside Temple
Police were scrambled at 6pm on Sunday, February 15, after a serious crash outside the Guru Nanak Darbar Temple on Lower Road.
A 73-year-old pedestrian was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics and officers arrived on the scene without delay.
Driver Remains at Scene, Police Hunting for Witnesses
The car driver stayed put and is fully cooperating with police as they probe the collision.
Officers are urging anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
