Sex Pest Flashing Mum and Kids Near Police HQ Jailed for 10 Months!
Twisted Predator Strikes Outside West Midlands Police HQ
A vile sex pest flashed a mother and her children near Lloyd House, the West Midlands Police headquarters in Birmingham. Quinton Brown, 52, staggered down Colmore Row with his trousers around his ankles, screaming, “I want to rape with a white girl.”
Witnesses fled in horror as the sicko grabbed the woman’s face, knocking her glasses off. The terrified family ran straight into the police station to report the shocking attack.
Prosecutor Simon Hunka said: “The defendant noticed them and said ‘Hi girls, I want to rape with a white girl’ repeatedly. Then he grabbed a woman’s face, knocking her glasses off.”
Children Terrified as Brown Goes on Bizarre Rampage
Brown’s twisted rampage didn’t stop there. He approached a group of young women, demanded a “white woman,” grabbed one’s face again, and dropped his trousers. A young woman in a wheelchair was then violently knocked over, left visibly shaken.
Police arrested Brown after he passed out nearby. When questioned, the yob bizarrely claimed he was the “Milkybar Kid.”
Criminal Past as Ugly as His Behaviour
- Brown has 16 previous convictions for 24 offences including wounding with intent, gun possession, robbery, and assaults.
- Last year, he narrowly escaped jail with a suspended sentence after threatening someone with a meat cleaver in Birmingham city centre.
His defence argued Brown’s mental health nosedived after prison and claimed he wanted arrest due to fear for his safety at a Perry Barr address. But Judge Dean Kershaw slammed the excuse as “really quite disgusting.”
Judge Kershaw told Brown: “You’re ashamed of what you did. These things affect people for a long time, even if for you they’re short-lived.”
Locked Up Again After Guilty Pleas
Brown admitted to exposure and two counts of assault. He was sentenced to 10 months jail, to run on top of his current prison term. The judge described the vile assaults as “completely out of character,” despite Brown’s lengthy rap sheet.
Brown apologised in court: “I didn’t behave properly. My brain was scattered, I was scared. I’m very, very sorry.”
He will remain behind bars until both sentences are fully served.
