Daylight Horror: 14-Year-Old Girl Attacked by Man on Mobility Scooter
A shocking assault unfolded in broad daylight on Queens Drive, Swindon, when a 14-year-old girl was exposed to indecent behaviour and then attacked. The terrifying incident took place between 12.45pm and 12.55pm on Thursday, 12 February, as the teenager walked towards the town centre.
Man in His 60s Arrested but Released on Bail
Wiltshire Police acted swiftly, arresting a man in his 60s on suspicion of indecent exposure and sexual assault. He has now been released on conditional bail pending further investigations.
Police Urge Public to Come Forward with Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
A police spokesperson appealed to anyone who witnessed the attack or who may have dashcam footage to assist the investigation. “We are keen to hear from anyone who was passing by or witnessed the incident,” they said.
