Just after midnight on Tuesday, February 3, chaos erupted at the Islamic Centre of England in berkshire999.co.uk/where/maida-vale/">Maida Vale. Two firebombs were hurled onto the centre’s property, igniting a cabin and a nearby parked car. The arsonist sped off in a car before the flames died out. Luckily, the main building escaped damage and no one was hurt.

Rapid Police Action Snags Suspect

The Met Police acted fast. Within 12 hours, a 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. He remains in custody as detectives dig deeper into the attack.
