A 16-year-old boy has died after a brutal stabbing in Chippenham. He was found critically injured on London Road just before 4pm on Saturday, January 31.

Police Plead for Witnesses to Speak Out
Detective Inspector Darren Ambrose said: “This is a tragedy which has resulted in a young man losing his life.
“We understand the concern this will cause in the local community and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
“We have arrested a teenage boy in connection with this incident and enquiries are ongoing.
“It’s vitally important that anyone with information or who saw what happened comes forward.”
Wiltshire Police have informed the victim’s family, who are receiving support from trained officers. The force asks that their privacy is respected at this heartbreaking time.
