Knife-Wielding Man Busted on London Road
Siyamak Karimi, 39, was caught red-handed carrying a knife on London Road in the early hours of January 25. Police stopped the Campo Lane resident and found the blade during a search. Karimi was already wanted on a warrant for dodging a court appearance.
Criminal Record Uncovered After Guilty Pleas
At Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on January 26, Karimi admitted to carrying a knife in public. He claimed the blade was for food prep. But that wasn’t all. The court also heard he pled guilty to nicking two bottles of vodka from Tesco in Sheffield on September 29, 2025, and to possessing heroin on December 8.
