Dealer Locked Up for Grooming Teens as Drug Runners via Snapchat

Raham pleaded guilty to three counts of arranging or facilitating travel with intent to exploit. He cunningly recruited teens with cash rewards, forcing them to run his cocaine, heroin, and cannabis supply lines. The chilling tactic targeted some of the most vulnerable young people in the area.
