Four Years Behind Bars for Drug Dealer from Wokingham
Miles Todman, 30, from Finchampstead, Wokingham, has been jailed for four years following a major Thames Valley Police crackdown on drug crime in Reading. The Reading Crown Court sentenced him last Thursday (15/1). Todman also received a 12-month driving ban.
Cocaine, Knives & Stolen Cash: The Full Crime Spree
Back in August 2025, Todman pleaded guilty to a raft of serious charges, including:
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (including cocaine)
- Carrying a knife in public
- Driving without third-party insurance
- Two counts of handling criminal property
The offences came to light after Todman crashed a rented MG into a lamppost on Forbury Road, Reading, at 9:08pm on 15 May 2025. Police found 30 bags of cocaine, more than £580 in cash, and an iPhone in the car. Todman was arrested at the scene.
More Drugs Busted After Arrest
Police didn’t stop there. On 2 July 2025, officers seized 36 suspected cocaine bags worth £1,820, a kitchen knife, and another iPhone from a black Volvo XC40 stopped at Reading’s Downshire Square.
Todman admitted there were drugs in the vehicle, leading to the arrest of passenger Eliza Narazinska, 35, also from Finchampstead. She was convicted in October 2025 for possession with intent to supply cocaine.
Force Cracks Down: Making Reading Safer
“The supply of drugs causes harm within our communities and results in the exploitation of vulnerable people,” said PC Chris Boylan of the Reading Proactive Team.
“This investigation has removed a significant amount of drugs and a dangerous weapon from our streets, making Reading safer.”
PC Boylan confirmed that police operations, both visible and undercover, will continue targeting drug dealers. He stressed that tips from the public remain crucial.
