Stabbing Shocker at Dewsbury Bus Station
Police swooped following a brutal stabbing just after 3pm on Friday, 16 January. A 17-year-old boy was left with serious leg wounds after a chaotic fight broke out outside the bus station.
Kirklees CID revealed officers were called amid reports of a multi-person brawl. Suspects scattered in all directions before cops arrived on the scene.
Emergency crews found the teen bleeding from a knife attack. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening. He is now receiving hospital treatment.
Triple Arrests as Investigation Ramps Up
- A 35-year-old Dewsbury woman and a 23-year-old man from the town have been arrested on suspicion of affray.
- The injured 17-year-old has also been arrested on suspicion of affray.
Detectives believe this was a targeted attack. They’re hunting for witnesses and any video footage to help crack the case wide open.
