Teen Dies After Horrific Crash in Enfield

Police are hunting witnesses after a deadly smash on Ferny Hill, Enfield, left one teenager dead and three others injured. The crash happened just before midnight on Thursday, 6 November, when a car collided with a van.

Tragic Toll: 18-Year-Old Passenger Dies, Others Hurt

Inside the car were two teenage boys and an 18-year-old man. All were rushed to hospital, along with the van driver, a man in his 40s. Sadly, the 18-year-old died on Saturday, 8 November. His family is now being supported by specially trained officers.

One teenager is seriously injured with life-changing wounds, while the other teen and the van driver escaped with less serious injuries. Police have made no arrests yet and the investigation continues.

Police Urge Witnesses and Dashcam Owners to Come Forward

“We want to understand exactly what happened that night,” said Detective Constable Pauline Redmond of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit. “Our thoughts remain with those affected by this tragic incident.”

“We urge anyone who was in the area or has dashcam footage from 6 November to contact us immediately to aid our investigation.”
