Fatal Fire Sparks Murder Probe in Folkestone
Police are hunting for clues after a deadly blaze ripped through a Folkestone property.
Fire Breaks Out on Shorncliffe Road
Kent Police and Kent Fire and Rescue Service were scrambled to Shorncliffe Road at 10:30am on Thursday, 17 February 2022. The fire broke out at a house near the junction with Christ Church Road.
Emergency crews, including South East Coast Ambulance Service, fought the flames and sadly discovered a person deceased at the scene.
Suspicious Circumstances Under Investigation
The cause of the fire remains unknown but detectives are treating it as suspicious. A full investigation is underway as officers piece together what happened.
