Two Men Charged in Major London Drug Bust
Detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command have swooped on two men in a crackdown on drug supply.
Who’s Been Charged?
Courtney Freckleton, 31, from Barbican, EC2, and Jason Thompson, 35, of Forham Road, Hertfordshire, now face serious drug-related charges.
Serious Allegations Laid Out
- Conspiracy to import a Class B drug between January and July 2020, with intent to dodge restrictions.
- Conspiracy to supply a Class A drug.
- Conspiracy to supply a Class B drug (cannabis).
- Conspiracy to launder criminal property.
Next Steps
Both men were arrested on 3 June after raids on homes in London and Hertfordshire. They are set to appear at Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 4 June.
