  • Cordice was arrested on 9 July 2018 and questioned.
  • She denied guilt, claiming the boy had raped her multiple times.
  • The jury rejected her defence and found her guilty of at least five counts of sexual activity between December 2016 and August 2017.
  • Cordice will be sentenced on 3 April at Reading Crown Court.
  • She was acquitted of two further counts related to sexual activity with a child.

Victim’s Courage Praised by Police

“The victim has endured a traumatic ordeal, including discovering he fathered a child at such a young age,” said Detective Constable Charlotte Jack of the Child Abuse Investigation Unit. “He bravely gave evidence in open court, despite facing false rape allegations himself. I commend him and his family for their strength and patience throughout this case.”
