Tragedy on Broad Oak Way: Man Killed in Mysterious Vehicle Incident
Man Fatally Injured by Moving Car
At around 4.50pm on Saturday, April 1, police were called to Broad Oak Way after reports of a serious incident involving a vehicle. A 41-year-old man was working on a black car parked on a driveway when, for reasons still unknown, the vehicle unexpectedly moved and struck him.
Sadly, the man’s injuries proved fatal at the scene.
Police Launch Urgent Appeal
Sgt David McIlwhan from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit revealed the investigation is ongoing. He urged witnesses to come forward:
“If you were passing at or just before the incident, or have dashcam footage that could shed light on what happened, we want to hear from you.”
