Six More Arrested Over Amir Shaffique’s Murder in Aylesbury
Six men were arrested overnight as police ramp up their investigation into Amir Shaffique’s brutal killing in Aylesbury.
All six are now in custody, being questioned on suspicion of murder. The arrests follow a violent brawl on Lembrook Walk on Wednesday 28 October, where two men were hospitalised. Tragically, Mr Shaffique later died from his injuries.
Investigation Intensifies as Police Seek Answers
Two men were already charged with murder and remanded in custody. Meanwhile, seven others remain on conditional police bail as inquiries continue.
“This continues to be a fast-moving and very complex investigation,” said Detective Chief Inspector Andy Shearwood of Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit. “We have made the further arrests overnight in connection with Mr Shaffique’s death.”
