Dashcam Appeal After Suspected Murder in Gillingham
Detectives are hunting dashcam footage that could crack a suspected murder case in Medway. The body of a 68-year-old man was discovered at a Firethorn Close address in Gillingham, following a fire reported just after 10.30am on Thursday, 14 February 2019.
Man Arrested in Connection With Death
A 34-year-old man, believed to know the victim, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody as police dig deeper.
Police Urge Motorists to Come Forward
The Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate are urgently asking anyone with dashcam footage from vehicles parked in Gillingham between 7am and 11am on the day of the incident to get in touch.
