Three Nabbed in Gravesend Drug Bust After Suspicious Vehicle Stop

Kent Police have swooped on three suspects in Gravesend over drug supply offences. The drama unfolded on the afternoon of Wednesday, 13 February 2019, when officers on patrol spotted a suspicious vehicle cruising along Perry Street.

After tailing the car for a short distance, cops pulled it over in Snelling Avenue. Their hunch paid off when a search uncovered a white powder believed to be a Class A drug.

Suspects from Northfleet

  • 24-year-old man
  • 18-year-old man
  • 20-year-old woman

All three arrested are from Northfleet. The 18-year-old man is now on bail until Friday, 8 March 2019, while the other two have been released but remain under investigation.

Kent Police are pressing on with enquiries following this significant stop-and-search operation. No further details on charges have been released yet.
