Scumbag steals charity collection box from Portsmouth Greggs
A CCTV image of a man police in Portsmouth would like to identify Officer from Hampshire Constabulary would like to identify this man following the theft of a charity collection box in Portsmouth. Can you help? The theft took place between 6am and 7am on Saturday 14 July at the Greggs shop in Commercial Road. A man entered the store, ordered a drink, and took a charity box from the counter before leaving. The charity box was later found nearby with the money missing.
