Gridlock on the Isle of Wight and it’s only Wednesday
The Isle of Wight festival is upon us. The yearly road closures at Sea Close and Fairlee Road in Newport have been put in place and already the area is grid locked and it’s only Wednesday. This year frustrated driver have an extra cut through seeing as Godric Road has been kindly opened in time for festival traffic or drivers trying to escape the jams. Stuck in the jam where 14 Ice cream vans heading to the festival site.
Traffic is nose to nose from the top to the bottom of Fairlee Road and racecourse roundabout. The only people getting anywhere fast is the cyclist. Not even the Police can escape the misery. [su_youtube url=”https:///youtu.be/bHWa87M2TBs”]
