Crash Causes Major Hold-Up
A nasty pile-up involving a Mazda 2, a Seat, and a lorry hit the Gunwharf Quays crossroads at Museum Road and St George’s Road just after 11am today.
Emergency crews rolled in quickly, with two ambulances and police attending the scene. Both car drivers suffered minor injuries and were treated on site.
Cars Written Off, Bus Routes Disrupted
The smash left both the Mazda and Seat badly damaged and destined for recovery. As a result, the vehicles have been written off.
Local bus services took a hit too, with the number 23 route diverted to The Hard. Traffic remains heavy in the area, causing headaches for commuters.
