Parents are urged to stay alert after a man reportedly approached young children playing outside in Southampton.
Man in Blue Hoodie Tries to Lure Kids
On Monday afternoon, a Portuguese man dressed in jeans and a blue hoodie, smoking a cigarette, approached a group of children on Meggeson Avenue. He asked if they wanted to come and play.
The children were playing outside a block of flats when the unsettling encounter occurred.
Police Investigating
Hampshire Police have been informed and are investigating to determine if any offences took place.
